Description: Hello, I am seeking a programmer to create a simple CMS site.

No design required - very minimal features.

Requirements:

(1) CMS: Create/Manage/Edit pages
(2) Ability to upload and modify logo from CMS
(3) Links to Photo Gallery CMS
(4) Fields: Page Name, Page Content, Meta Tags (Title, Keywords, Description), URL name
(5) SEO Friendly URL's (we can manually write URL - see above)
(6) Valid CSS/XHTML only (NO TABLES)
(7) Able to edit Copyright notice from CMS
(8) ABle to control number of Gallery Icons on Home Page (i.e. 5 per line or 4 per line)
(9) Able to control width of Gallery Icons on Home Page
(10) RSS Feed button on left sidebar
(11) Improve existing RSS feed so it links to picture URL's not the Gallery URL.
