I need help with my site, I have much to offer but do not seem to get many people purchasing from the site.

We are web hosting, web design and seo services site,

Our current site is located at www. i n t e r w e b d i r e c t.co.uk and have been told that is is old and out of date, so I have played around and come up with a design at www.i n t e r w e b d i r e c t.co.uk/gene/

I am stuck now as my old site used a CMS system and do not know whether to make the site manually without a cms system, I also do not know where is best place to fit my old information into the new design.

Things like liveperson image, google adwords professional logo, commodo ssl authorised reseller logo, recent news, links to all the pages.

So I need help and guidance on where to put things on the pages and making extra icons and graphics then match the new design.

I also dont want to loose pagerank as I am currently now PR5.

You will be in constant communication with us, either designing some parts, designing graphics, helping us make site WEB 2.0 with interactivity.

You will help us get purchases from site.

Please list exactly what you will do for us, how you will improve our new design, timescales and pricing.
