Description
I have a website that is not been completed by another designer and I am looking for someone who can finish it. Also at this time they have not released the files to me and probally will not.I am looking for a hard working trust worthy designer who my company and I can build a long-term relationship

Below are a list of most of the things that needs to be completed on the site.

1. Ability to add banners programs in backend
2. In business account how to add 200x124 banners
3. Implement paypal recurring monthly fee & one-time services
4. Modify backend search function so I can run reports such as how many female members us the site
5. Add an info ticker to the site/ with the ability to have users upload that info
6. Add a trail period on the site that can be edit by admin
7. Add a mass upload feature to the site
8. Add functionality to where fee is adjusted by the amount of services uploaded to the site for example if they list 25 programs cost is $19, 50 programs cost is $50, and etc.
9. Ability for admin to add programs for free.
10. Fix bad English on the site
11. What is program promotion, how does it differ from gold star
12. Add additional fees when people select mutiple location for there program (visit site and you will understand)
