Description

I need the following to be done on my website:
1) Edit/Re-align fonts and re-draw all border linings on about 30 internal pages.
2) Make "announcements" page editable.
3) Add a left sidebar on all the internal pages (including "announcements" page).
4) Create a new page for "promo materials" and make this page editable.

Notes:
1) Don’t need to add additional graphics.
2) All borders on internal pages need to be standardized.
