Description:	This will be a member affiliate type website using MYSQL. We would prefer to have the site built in either Dreamweaver or FrontPage. The website will contain 7 pages along with multiple virtual pages. There are examples of a prototype site upon acceptance of a bid, along with more detailed instructions. Almost all text and images for the site will be supplied by us which will be sent via email. Throughout the site we will need a session ID to capture members ID. 1) Starting with Home Page: The Home Page will be a text page with a variable affiliate link at the bottom of the page. The affiliate link will take a prospect to the Categories page. We need to have the Home page/sales page also act as a lead capture page. Something like: Simply submit your name and a valid email address and you will be entered into our drawing for 6 months FREE! The “Submit” button will be a “Form to Mail”, which will send the Company and the referring affiliate the prospects name and email to our emails. or … Click here for instant access. 2) Categories Page The first time a prospect clicks on an affiliate’s link at the bottom of the home page it will take them to our category page through that affiliates link. The category page will open a new window with the affiliate’s picture raised above the page with the background veiled. Once the affiliate’s picture is clicked on the prospect is taken directly to the affiliate’s main website. When the prospect returns from the affiliate’s website back to the category page the veil will now be gone. The categories page will also contain a 7 link horizontal navigation menu. The rest of the page will mainly be images. At the bottom of each page there will be a next link if there is another page available. 3) Purchase Page This page needs to have the capabilities to accept PayPal as our online payment processor (we already have the account set up). There will be selectable options available on this page all at the same cost. We do not need a shopping cart format. It can be as simple as example: To purchase this x product $00.00 To purchase this x product $00.00 To purchase this x product $00.00 To purchase this x product $00.00 4) FAQs Page We will supply the FAQs text. 5) Affiliates sign up Page This page will be almost identical to the Purchase page. However, this page will need to follow the referring affiliate’s link for commissions earned. 6) Log in Page This page will let an affiliate log into their back office so they can update their information etc. Back Office (not on navigational menu). This is where members will be able to purchase additional products, see commissions earned, update their profile etc. We do not need a shopping cart format.
