Description:	The Website will need to be created in a manner where an administrator can easily manage the contests. The administrator will be able to create contests on the go, manage data, etc… Sample website: www.survivalfootball.com (When in doubt reference the sample website) Uploaded Files: I uploaded some html files that I created that are the design format I want.
