PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW REGARDING THE DESIGN OF THIS WEBSITE: -
The web designer must have the ability to complete the following: -
1. Complex Database Design
2. Live Chat Installations throughout the website e.g. MSN Messenger
3. Feedback of Members e.g. eBay style feedback score, members able to leave positive, neutral & negative comments against other users)
4. Chat Forums / Community Area
5. Member sign in area with own pages e.g. similar to 'my ebay area'
IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE ANY OF THE ABOVE PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!!

Website Info: -
A membership site where other members are able to to open & participate in bets in a certain area which will be disclosed in more detail to the winner.
Website Must Be Able To Do The Following: -
* Register
* Sign-In / Log-Out
* Open / Participate in Bets. Have ability to Live Chat amongest other participants e.g. ladbrokes poker sites.
* Members will decide the amount of money to placed (e.g. bet stake) per player, how many are allowed to join, payment method preferred (e.g. they are able to select payment types such as paypal, cheques etc) for the transfer of money & they will be able to talk via Live Chat to each other.
* Leave feedback for one another after a bet has won / lost
* Ability to email other users within the site
* Own access area (similar to 'my ebay area' where members have their own space and which will let them see their win / lose statistics & ratios, feedback score & comments, forums involved in, open & closed bets involved in, graphs charting their progress, money owed & what they owe other members & who they are etc
* Chat Forums where there will be posts & threads on a whole range of topics
* High Earners League / Table which can be seen partly on the homepage
* Also need the usual pages e.g. Homepage, About Us, Contact Us, T&C's Page, Help / FAQ, Privacy Policy, Site Map etc together with extra additional related pages that will be mentioned and disclosed to the winner.
The extra pages are indentical and basically used for quick searches for the registered user.
* Users must be able to upload images like ebay.
* Website will eventually be a subscription website where users will have to pay a monthly or annual fee etc but will be currently free for the first few months.
* The website must know who is betting/playing who, be able to determine who owes who money & change other key data areas on the information entered in by the winner etc
e.g. Member Wins / He logs the bet has been won. His area page will change to reflect this information - statistics & ratio changes, banking changes (who is owed money & how much etc) & knows that each player needs to leave feedback for other members

| We guys can easily develop your betting website with all the features like forum, reviews, feedback but exact messenger like MSN IM is not possible within your budget. Either you will have to use some 3rd party chat messenger ie, userplane/123flashchat or some other chat or we can use some opensource chat system. Let me know what you think about it? SORG Group
