I need a facelift for my current website. I've attached what the current look is and what look I'm trying to get.

Details
1. Redesign front page completly
2. Redesign header (menu) and footer for all pages
3. 2-3 hours of PHP coding (website tweaks)
4. Build front page slideshow (non-flash) and slideshow should pull images from an image folder so that I can change them as needed. Image transistion should be a slow fade in, fade out. No sound or effects needed, just flipping images. Images should be linkable to different pages on the website.

Funds will be escrowed.
