Description: We need to update our old (flash-based) website to a CMS-based website using Joomla 1.5. The old look&feel should be preserved. We need a clean setup based on templates like GavinPro's "Essence of Blog 2.0" or Joomlart's Corona. The template must be adjusted to accommodate our signature graphics and to reproduce the feel of the old site.

Once the basic website is set up, you would create the content structure and navigation items according to our specs. We need several components - a blog, newsflash/slideshow, podcast. You create the structure and "hollow frame" of our site. We will add the content once the structure is in place.

During the process, we will discuss ways to create an interesting site layout. Your ideas are welcome.

Payment is in milestones:
1. Setup of site, creation of basic content structure and navigation, customization of template to show signature graphics (logo etc.), and installation of necessary Joomla extensions/plugins
2. Layout "tuning" to place attention-grabbing or visually enhancing components in the various sections
3. Transfer of the new site to our location and support until it works there.

The current website can be found unter www.futureworkinstitute.com . You are not responsible to transfer the content! We will do that by adding to the basic structure you have setup.

I am happy to provide more information. Given the budget we are looking for a compelling first shot. An additional budget can be provided to do more graphic work and layout improvements in another step.
