Description: I have a website which is up and running. It is currently a static page with no CMS. We need to get a CMS system to allow us to update the content of the website without having to code anything.
We are also wanting to release a newsletter. Within the CMS we want some sort of newsletter management tool to get this done. We need a way to upload the newsletter onto the server (through the admin panel), create a mailing list and of course send the newsletter.
