Description: I am looking for a freelancer to create a TYPO3 template (and implement it) based on a the descriptive design (please refer to the attachement).

MUST:
- be highly experienced on CMS programs, in particular TYPO3.
- speak and understand English
- have a portfolio (TYPO3 CMS and working)
- best in communication specially project on updates/reports.

Ongoing work needed by a relaibale, efficient and highly professional person / team. The project requires short time of delivery but of quality of course. No extremely high bids will even be considered. PM your offer.
