Description: Implementation of a custom skin for an wiki site. The wiki is a Deki Wiki (http://wiki.mindtouch.com/) installation and allows for customization of skins etc. We have an existing design and need a CSS expert to build and implement a customize skin. Please review the Deki Wiki skinning documentation before bidding.
