Description:	Looking for help with a number of projects (some in quick succession in the short term, others will be longer term), hence looking for the right coder who can communicate effectively and is experienced with this type of work. (and can provide a quick turn around on the work) Will provide URL link to existing web site and copies of the scripts currently used on request (assignment of the work) Refresh and redesign 3 x web forms based on PHP scripts. 1/ Contact Form - content and data fields do not need to be changed Requirement: - Ensure the form is secure and protected from SPAM - enable error checking on specific fields - Form is sent to specified email addresses (multiple) hidden in the script (not visible to the web) - automatically send a copy of the email to the person who sent it - after submitting the email, automatically direct the user to a personalized confirmation page (thanking the person using the "Name" field) , this page needs to be built / copied from the "Contact Us" web page - want the same design, just replace the area where the form is located with the thank you and confirmation details for sending the email. 2/ Registration Form - content and data fields do not need to be changed Requirement: - correct the form to allow the file upload (file attachment) on 4 of the fields (currenlty does not work) - enable/correct the form to allow multiple selections and send the details of the multiple selections in the email (at the moment only 1 of the items selected comes through in the email) - Ensure the form is secure and protected from SPAM - enable error checking on specific fields - Form is sent to specified email addresses (multiple) hidden in the script (not visible to the web) - automatically send a copy of the email to the person who sent it - after submitting the email, automatically direct the user to a personalized confirmation page (thanking the person using the "Name" field) , this page needs to be built / copied from the "Registration" web page - want the same design, just replace the area where the form is located with the thank you and confirmation details for sending the email. 3/ Job Request Form - redesign and refresh on this form is required, although the content and data fields will remain the same. - currently has a Flash file front end (entry point) to the web form, would like to keep this, but can change/scrap if required (after some suggestions on this) Requirement: - Ensure the form is secure and protected from SPAM - enable error checking on specific fields - Form is sent to specified email addresses (multiple - many) hidden in the script (not visible to the web) - automatically send a copy of the email to the person who sent it (i dont want the user to know the list of reciepients the email is sent to, just to show 1 single email address i specify) - after submitting the email, automatically direct the user to a personalized confirmation page (thanking the person using the "Name" field) , this page needs to be built / copied from the "job request" web page - want the same design, just replace the area where the form is located with the thank you and confirmation details for sending the email. May need to DB back end, but need to have a form that is dynamically updated depending on user selection. - the email reciepients gets determined from the combination outcome of 2 fields (location selection and trade selection) eg: if the user selects "Sydney Australia" as the location and is wanting a "builder" as the trade - then the email reciepients (multiple) will be specific to this combination, - the last text box area needs to have a limit on the number of characters the user can enter (with count down visual) - the output of the form needs to be a specific format as this gets sent via SMS service (example below) :name :email address :phone number :time frame (that need job completed by) :job description
