Description

We are looking for someone who can create us a business directory similar to whitepages.

The website will allow free members then will let them add extra things like, logo, description for a extra charge.

Website needs to be in english and french or at least have a button to switch from english to french.

The website will have 4 different registrations
1 Business
2 Government
3 Banner advertisers/ movies
4 Adsaver

Thats the basics but I need someone who is professional and can do professional work.
