Description

I need an experienced wordpress theme designer/creator to translate my design in .psd format into a full-blown wordpress theme (with sidebar.php, index.php, etc.)

Basically, the designing part is already done. I just need a designer cum programmer to change the design into a functional wordpress site.

I will need you to:
- Be efficient in CSS, PHP and HTML, as well as Adobe Photoshop
- Have prior experience in designing wordpress themes
- Create a fast loading theme compatible for wordpress 2.3.1, with the main content being loaded first
- Optimize the CSS file so that it can be easily edited if necessary
- Be reachable via MSN Messenger or Skype

This task will be extremely easy and exciting for you if you share a personal passion in website designing, and you know what you're doing. The price that I'm offering is US$100.

Please note that I'll be setting up an escrow payment once you agree to work. And I'll only release it when the project is completed to what I've designed.

Also, I will own the full copyrights to the theme after the design is completed and you are not allowed to resell, reuse, or give it away.
