I m looking for new design for a viedo site.

I m looking for a robust video website. Concept is same as youtube, metacafe, livevideo.com etc.
But I m not looking for youtube clone sites such as clip-share.com.

I currently have a website like clip-share and with the new site I would want to integrate/transfer the videos into this future site.

Some major functions
--Allow users to upload videos including capturing from camera
--Admin should be able to approve/reject videos
--Users should be able to embed videos from other sites
--Progress bar while uploading
--Should be able to upload pictures also
These are just some basic functions I m looking for among others.

Should be fast..
Only serious programmers/designers.
I would like to see the sample first with demo..
Please respond only if you can show me the full functioning demo or sites you have made like that.



Email features---Users should get a verification email.
When user uploads a video then he/she should not wait till the whole process finishes. this feature would be nice.

About the player--I like the player of metacafe.
I need a feature that is similar to metacafe or youtube regarding the recent videos that moves.

About bugs/updates--I would like to be able to contact you for bugs fixes if any arises.
I would like any updates and support also if needed.
