Description:	We are seeking a programmer to provide us with a holiday lettings website in PHP. Our client is setting up a business, advertising holiday rental properties in a niche market. The client has very limited computer skills, so we will provide training on how to use the website. However, the admin panel still needs to be as simple as possible to operate for him. Maybe an admin permission for us, and a moderator permission for our client? He wants the imagery to be a big focus of the site, with large images of properties available (maybe a click-through from a thumbnail?) with supporting text that we will input after the project is complete. The format needs to be SE friendly throughout the website. The front end of the site must be simple and logical for a customer to navigate. There must be a search box on every page. We want to be able to have "featured properties" on the Home page. We want to be able to add banner advertising for businesses on various site content pages. These should be able to be easily added from the admin panel. We do not want online booking or payment options, as all this will be dealt with as direct enquiries. We do not want availability calendars against any properties either. We DO want to be able to add/remove/edit categories and subcategories against properties. The site is only for areas in a small geographic area at the moment, but there needs to be the provision for the client to easily add other areas, and pages from the back end, at a later date. There should be the facility for public to enquire directly from an individual property page (email button or contact form) ALL pages must be updatable from back end, easily, by the client. The person we choose to do business with MUST be contactable by email Skype during GMT/European working hours. We appreciate that no contact information can be provided - however, we must stress that we will not consider anyone unless they can provide examples of live sites of a similar ilk. We have carried out many similar projects in the past, and will not deal with amateurs. Our usual programmer is very busy right now - which is the only reason we are not using him. Thanks
