Description: We need a good designer/developer to create an online community for a small usergroup. The idea is to allow a space for collaboration and sharing of ideas and information. Some of the work has already been done. Please read this carefully before you respond and give me your best price. If you have done similar work, please provide links. Here's what I need: 1)Create a simple user login system for the user community. The system should prompt the user to change their temporary password once logged into the system for the first time. The user should not be able to go any further until they have changed their password. I will provide a list of user IDs and one temporary password which will be used for all users. I should be able to add/remove/edit user logins once setup.

2) Create a well designed community homepage (using our graphics). The homepage should allow the website OWNER to easily ADD ANNOUNCEMENTS and graphics to one section of the page. The homepage should also have a section where LOGGED IN MEMBERS can easily ADD THEIR ANNOUCEMENTS to the page.

3) The homepage should link to a forum/bulletin board, which has already been installed. We will need you to add the masthead/banner images to the forum so that everything looks cohesive and seamlessly integrated.

4) Add a file sharing feature that will allow users to upload and share documents. Users should be able to add the name of their documents to this area so that other users will be able to identify each document.

5) Link the file sharing area to the homepage, ensure it has the same look and feel as the homepage so that again all areas of this community have a cohesive look.

The final result of your work should be a well designed online user community. I have a slight idea of how I want the homepage to look. Please...ONLY THE BEST should respond to this one. We are looking for quality work - but NOT overpriced. Sounds like a lot of work, but I think you can do this in 1 or 2 days.
