I need an Urgent AJAX and PHP programmer for Re-Designing my website. As i have a lot of bad experience on Get-A-Freelancer, i will make payments only via. Escrow. I will not pay a single penny unless you show me Satisfactory work. You are required to work on the Entire website, including the Inner pages and features. Again, you are required to work on the Entire and not the index page alone.

** The Design is ready. I have the HTML of the new design fully ready, you will be responsible for the Development Part aka the Programming Part of the website.

You must have Skype or G-talk, so that i can talk with you personally. If you dont have Skype or Gtalk, dont even bother to bid on this project.

** I hate hidden costs. So if in the future i want to add a small feature, i will not pay a single penny for that.

Note: Companies or Freelancers from India, dont even bother to bid on this project. If you are from India, your bid will be rejected by default.

I have attached a JPEG of the new design and a Features DOC, please download it and study it properly, and make sure that you can complete this project Perfectly. I am looking for Excellent Quality work.

**Note: You will also be required to work on the Admin-Panel or the CMS (Content Management System) for this project! And the cost of Admin-Panel or the CMS is included in the Max. $600 that i am willing to pay for this project. Again, i will not pay a single penny extra for the Admin-Panel or the CMS.

**Very Important: Even though i have mentioned that i want to Re-Design my website, you will be required to start from Scratch. You cannot use any of the existing code from the old website. Again, you will be required to start the Development or the Programming part totally from Scratch.
