Overall Project Description:

Upgrade two sites (MyBestHealthPortal.com and MuscleMagFitness.com) from older version of Joomla, upgrade plugins and add additional functionality.

Project shall include:

1. Upgrade website from earlier version of Joomla, to latest joomla 1.5.14 (or latest tested version). Upgrade all components/plug ins and add ons to Joomla 1.5 native components (some of the examples will be included below).

2. Adding new software listed below and testing each site after upgrading and adding software to ensure it is operational, properly loading and without any errors.

3. removing HTML font tags home page of the each site and change to Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to separate the website's content from its appearance and optimize images on home page for quicker loading (see the following reports, MBHP, http://www.websitegrader.com/wsgid/3476797/default.aspx. and http://www.websitegrader.com/wsgid/3476942/default.aspx)

4. Review menus and all links to check for correct function after upgrade and fix menus and any broken links as needed.

5. Once upgrade is done, Add the twitter, facebook, rss symbols, links on top, Home | Forum | Press | Widgets | RSS | | Free Nutrition Newsletter and have our the facebook friends on right tied into the page so people can add themselves as a fan (to see how it should look and function see: http://www.healthcastle.com/members.shtml) Also using the plugs in below we want the email page, share, feed and widget links and partners to be positioned on bottom of template to look like http://www.healthcastle.com/ (We will provide a mockup to eliminate any confusion. You can print the page, mark it up and then scan it. )


Plugs ins that must be upgraded to be Joomla 1.5 native and tested. The following information provided is a partial list assist you in this upgrade. Project requires all plug ins to be upgraded and tested:

Project Conditions:

Each site upgrade must be completed within 7 days.

Work is to be completed one site at a time. Only one site should be loaded onto your server to work on. Once MybesthealthPortal.com upgrade is completed, tested, and we have reviewed, and you have then reloaded to our server we will give you approval to begin the upgrade of the 2nd site, MusclemagFitness.com.
