Description: Our company is licensed to issue online degree's.
Currently we're operating with a outdated front-end website, which we would like to renew. Aswell we would like to get a SEO optimization to attrack more students.
Goal of our site in a nutshell:

1. User visits the site, looking professional
2. User can login to view his status on the degree
3. User can fill in the form to apply for a degree

We already do already have text's and other material
aswell a database interacting with a backend (PHP)
so basicly we just need a professional layout/logo and
SEO optimized (front-end)website.

We don't want to spend to much on this.
