Description

We need to have a new website designed. It is for an investment consulting firm (for Chinese companies investing in Africa). Based on CSS, the site should have a very unique design, flash or image top banner (for image top banner, a new image for each page), and global files for footer/header. On the other hand, we need a news page where articles can be posted later on, that should be based on Wordpress (preferably). A feed of the latest articles on the wordpress blog should be available on the homepage.

CMS or custom design scripts are fine for this site. But SEO is a primary concern so we need the ability to change meta tags for each page. Also the pages should be search-engine friendly.

Our budget for this site is USD80~125. Higher bids will be ignored. If you have done similar sites please provide links for us to check.
