Description

A Simple functional web site is required. The web site can do a few things also done by twitter.com itself, such as post message, retrieve messages, etc. There are a few more extra functions which i will provide after successful bidding. The knowledge of twitter API is important.

Here are the requirements for the developers:
- Must have good experience in Twitter API
- Must be excellent in any web programming especially PHP, and javascript. Knowing Adobe Flex will be plus
- Must have good experience in web development life cycle and is able to delivery a site that is fully functional.
- Experience in mySQL, APACHE and applications that are related to web development
- Must have good web design skill to produce presentable web site
- The programming code must be scalable and easily maintain.
