Let's get down to it, shall we?
Here's, in a nutshell, what I'd like.

I'm interested in a fully functional PHP-formatted text-based game. Here are some features I'd like there to be.

- Messaging system
- Administrator, Moderator, Forum Mod, and Help Desk Operator panel
- Crimes (Vendettas, Hijacking, etc)
- Fully functioning Forums
- Kill system; set kill chart
- Hitlist
(OPTIONAL) - Games; Blackjack, War, etc.
- Airport; a couple locations.

I'm sure most of the people on here know what games I'm talking about, but I'm just making sure.
