Description: I need someone to make a full graphical /template workover on a site im planning.
Its a low budget, but whoever gets the deal will get to work with me for a long time to come.

The site http://www.jobsinnorway.org is horrendously bad, and needs a do over.

The site needs one specific change where NEWSFLASHES is shown in the upper left corner( on random news-text ), and nowhere else. Then graphics has to implement recruiting of engineers, and graphics that market NORWAY as a place to work. Jobs in Norway logo needs to be done, you have quite free hands to come with examples.

Will pay NO MORE than 50 USD for the graphic content, and NO MORE than 50 for a template / module/ plugin customization, making the total a round 100 USD for it. I know that a good Joomla / webdesigner has a lot of these plugins around, and will not have to " reinvent the wheel" :)

DO NOT BID on this project if your bid will exceed these boundaries. I do not program or design, but i know this is not a hard assignment.

Bidders should send a sample ( use watermarks if you please) to give me an idea of how it will be looking ..
