Convert the following Template Monster template to Joomla:

Template has been purchased, includes all PSD and HTML files. I don't care about the menu part of the flash, if you want to inlcude modifying the supplied FLA file by cutting the bottom menu off and putting my client's logo in the top, great, but don't if it will increase your bid. (You can bid it separately.)

Joomla template needs to be as close to template as possible. Colors, fonts and graphical elements need to be incorporated into a variable-width template (minimum width 760 px), with an optional right-hand column (module position), expands down. It will most often be a two column setup, left and center.

Designer must provide finished template in Joomla installable ZIP or TGZ format for uploading to live site. Template must be guaranteed to work, and test OK before payment is made. Designer must provide modified PSD files for addition and changing of photos at client's request.

A $50 bonus will be paid if designer can finish template in 48 hours.

Desinger MUST have Joomla CMS template design experience and be able to show examples.
