Description

I am searching for an individual that can help me modify one (1) page of my clipshare site. I want to have the index page of my clipshare site to only show random video thumbs on the left side and the right side will be the video categories and an advertisement box. When the images are rolled over I would like video information to appear the mootools tooltip (http://www.chrisesler.com/mootools/mootools-tooltip.html#) I would like to keep this project around the $30 range.
