Description
Im am looking for a site similar to Clickbot and Viewswap. With the same features, the ability for people to purchase banner space of various sizes and also allow the purchaser to have adstats to see the views and clicks of banners.Please be sure you understand the working of the two sites below.

Unlike to the two sites that have the site set so the boxes are lines up in a group of 9 and 12, I wanted them to be 12 round boxes in a clock face design with a 125x125 banner space in the middle.
On both sides of the clock dial a 120x600 Banner and at the top a 468x60 Banner. Plus a scrolling text feature above the clock design. With all these I would like to be able to sell these spaces similar to Clickbot.net and to be able to give customers adstats of views and clicks.
The actual surf section will need a similar link submission page like both sites have when someone submits there personal link to be rotated. The surf timer itself will be 15 seconds.
In an Admin Section
I would like to be able to add links to the surf sections manually and also be able to see the links that are have been submitted/rotating by people and the possibility to manually delete any of the links that I find unsuitable. Also be able to have stats of how many links are rotating in each section and how many time the boxes have been click Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime.
Similarly I would like to be able to add/delete banner/links manually also with the click/view stats provided.
