Please pay full attention to the .doc file. I Need this site up and running within the next 4 weeks, I am willing to pay up to $1500 and also have some kind of commission scheme setup.

PLEASE DONT WASTE BOTH MY TIME AND YOUR TIME BY SAYING THAT YOU HAVE A SCRIPT FOR SALE, TELLING ME IT'S GOING TO COST MORE OR IF YOU HAVE YOUR DOUBTS THAT YOU CANNOT DO THIS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME I HAVE SPECIFIED.

Please be aware that I can be flexible with a lot of things, I am not unreasonable and am open to suggestions and ideas of your own that could enhance any ideas that I have already put forward.
