Description:	Project: Social Networking / Portal We are looking to develop / design a niche specific social networking website from scratch, so the project will require both website design and programming. The project is extremely high profile, so the planned website will be well-organized, clean design and high in quality. The design should have a web 2.0 feel and look. The website will be home to thousands to millions of users so stability is a must. What we are looking for is a good mix between Yelp and Facebook. Also, we want to have our own channel as well; such as Blogs, Fashion, Health, Movies, Music, Real Estate, Sports, Travel, etc. We do not want to copy Yelp or Facebook front-end design but use it as an example to create a better social networking site for specific niche. It is very important that you review above mention websites and understand the back-end functionalities of those websites. Applications/Functionalities: Facebook is a good example of a clean social networking website. Yelp is a great example of social networking meets local businesses: I want both users and businesses to be able to have and run their respective profiles. The planned website will employ the applications/functionalities typically found at online social networking websites (e.g., creating profiles, inviting friends to join network, searching and viewing member profiles, posting blogs, etc.). Facebook & Yelp again serve as a good reference for the social network platform functionalities to be incorporated into the website. This project also will require developing the administrative applications generally incorporated into managing social networking websites. Keep in mind that our users should be able to write reviews like Yelp and create profiles like Facebook but with a different design and layout. Copyrights: You cannot purchase, copy, or reuse any scripts that you have worked on your previous project. Everything must be customize and written from scratch because we do not want to face or deal with any legal issue in future. Payment: Escrow – Please note that the payments will NOT include any upfront payment and any payment during the execution, instead, all the money will be released when you deliver a project and when it proves that it satisfies our criteria. Among other, the project will come through the thorough stress-testing on a server and an independent specialist will be chosen to verify the code. We are a company that offers full-service IT solutions to our clients. So all the work we outsource will be under our company’s name and it will go in our portfolio. All the rights will belong to our company. You will be asked to sign a non-discloser agreement and all the written script will be property of our company. You cannot keep or resell any work that will be given to you. We are looking for a proposal from your company on how you would incorporate above mentions websites functionalities and features into one website for specific niche. We are open for new ideas and suggestions. Feel free to be extremely creative when writing a proposal. We would like to receive a full project proposal and flowchart of design and possibilities of the website, hardware requirements, we will need to get all relevant coding and all coding must be documented. We require, high level, clean coding for high load performance, the website must be build in templates which can be easily accessed for FULL translation of the entire website. Also templates must be able to be fully altered by our own designers. Do NOT use 3rd party Social Networking Software such as Alstrasoft, Onsite, KickApps, Dzoic, Ramius, Sparta, etc. We are aware of all the ready made Social Networking Software in the market. We do not want to see a DEMO for ready made social networking software that you or your company have modified.
