Description

I need a share url PHP file for submissions from social bookmarking websites. I need this file to fill out the url and title fiels on our website.

The finished share url would look like:
http://mysite.com/gamelink.php?u=[URL]&t=[TITLE]

The gamelink.php file link will look like this in the end, and basically fill out the url and title fields. Used by facebook, myspace, digg, ect. I need this script to fill out the url and title fields located at the following url:
URL will be given to one awarded job

I only need this script to fill out the url and title fields. It does not need to send the information to the database, just filling in the fields, so users can socially bookmark and send it, then they can enter their description and email manually.
