I need a few things changed and added to my website. They should be quite easy for the experienced programmer.

The website is currently entirely static content. It's a website with some reviews, so it's entirely text. I want a vote button added onto each review page. It needs to say "Do you agree with this review?" with buttons next to it that say yes, which counts a vote, and a no button, which is just a link that will take the user to google or something I'll decide on later. Now, remember, it's currently static content, so you'll either have to make a way for the voting script to work with it, or you'll have to program the site in php in order to use it (I don't know much about this stuff so it's up to you to decide). The submission form for the reviews would just need the fields "date, band, album title, review title, review body, name" and I would need one account to log in with password to submit them. The layout of the site design is also very simple, just really basic background color, border color, and text color requirements. There needs to be a box on the front page that says "Top 5 reviews" which displays the top five agreed with reviews and they need to display in the format Band Name - Album Name and link to the proper review. I also need a script that counts the unique visitors of the website and it needs to display as text (none of those free image counters).

The perfect candidate for this job can program the whole site to be able to submit the reviews with a form, will be able to make the voting script as described and the text visitor script and will be able to complete all of the work for $50 USD or less before May 20th.

I will not pay more than $50 for this so if that's too low for you then don't bid. I would prefer paying even less, so the person who can do all this work and can do it for the least price and has the best ratings on their GAF profile will get the job.
