Hello

I need to create a very small web site that to collect donations from parents and past students of a school.

The Home page will show the purpose for donating with "Donate Here" buttons for each purpose; a very simple page. If someone clicks one of these buttons the next page will collect their personal details (Name, email address and postal address) of people who donate. Once they submit the form the site will integrate with a payment gateway (eg PayPal using SSL) and finally return the donator to the website thank you page (or cancelled message).

A receipt will be displayed for each donation which will be print friendly and will have a unique receipt number.

The website administrator should be able to login to a secure page of the site and view a list of people who have made donations, the date, receipt number and and the amount donated. This must be able to be exported to a comma delimited csv file.

I am looking for someone with PHP/MSQL and HTML skills to build this website and to get it working to my satisfaction on my server.

Attached is a more detailed set of requirements with examples of other websites that do this. Note that we are looking for something more simple and easy to use.

I require someone who has good references on GAF, is reliable and will deliver a good quality product on time.
