Description: I am looking to have a website/database created using PHP since my hosted server will only support MySQL. I haven't done this in a while and while attempting I realized I just don't have the time to relearn everything and get this up and running quick enough. I want this up as soon as I can so I can start using and test.

PLEASE PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU CAN GET IT DONE BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13th with ALL parts complete.

Basically, it will be keeping track of Suppliers and Employees and sales. An employee and Supplier database will hold data about each. Then there is a table that will keep track of sales per day. Employees will be given inventory to sell daily which needs to be tracked. It will need to calculate commissions based on number of items sold and any unsold items must go back into inventory. This must be recogciled every night and reports will have to be created. These will be individual reports for employees and suppliers showing all breakdowns.

I have attached copies of a step by step process as well as sample reports I need.

I am open to any suggestions as to database and/or website design.
