Description: Tenders are invited to give one of my sites a makeover

The site is http://www.favicon.co.uk

All content will remain the same.
I don't want any flash introductions - the site is already heavy on graphics

I'd like it to be bright and clean looking using pastel shades.
It must comply with current web standards.

The winning bidder will be able to show me a mock up of the front page

The winning bidder will be have access to a subdirectory to build the site as he will need access to the database.

The site makes no money so my budget for this project is only $150
