I need all of the features, no missing 1, that includes sms and monitory from 4 servers in different locations.

I knew there are a couple of same projects for the site, but they have never been successfully finished, but I'll try again.

The maximum of $400 for this project, there is no any escrow before starting this project, after design approval, you will get 50% of all, after this project completed, you will get the rest of all.
