Description

I am in need of some updates to my websites which will provided to selected freelancer.
The site is up an working but there are a few thngs that I would like changed. A copy of the site will need to be moved to another server to work on, so there is no interuption of the current site. (I have another server if you need it)

1. I need the search engine for the jobs searches and resume searches to be more specific. Currently gives very broad results. ex. if i put in human resources, i will get human resources results and any thing with human or resources in the description amnd if i put "human resources" in quotes i get no results.

2. There is a bulk posting of jobs section in the admin, currently I have to post under confidential(as the company) would like this to be changed so it can pull the company name out of the posting and add it as a posting for the company.

3. There is a daily resume mail and job mail, need this to be specific (i think this will go aolong with the search engine fixes on being more specific).

I really have no budget for this project so depending on the prices bid the project may or may not get done right away.But I would like to get this done as soon as possible.
