Description
We need the full package (Design, Programming, Database development and Testing) andwant to clone the following sites:
http://64.92.158.216/
(This is our site and nearly 95% complete. However the programmer who was working on
project got ill and cannot complete the project in time. The only incomplete task
was the correction of the navigation path of the site pages.
You can either remake the whole site from the beginning or fix the pending issues. You will be responsible to correct all issues including uploading the site on the server including testing till site goes live. Some minor changes may also be desired. You also can use our existing codes if required.
You will have to use the same template, design, logo and every thing that you can make the best use from this site.
The functionality of the site is controlled through the admin panel and a snap shot of admin panel is provided. (admin panel.pdf)
Few things to point out here since they are not visible from front end.
1. The right column, which is for advertising is part of individual pages. What it means that with each pages of the site can have different ads. Default setting is for Google ads that is generated based on the page content. Google ads can be replaced with any sponsored ads or can have combination of both.
2. Left navigation menu:
A. All the content of this section is provided and managed by Administrator of the site.Contain categories and subcategories. Each Category can have multiple subcategories and each subcategory can have multiple articles.
To see how the multiple articles are displayed in a subcategory, please check Hair Style > Hair Styles General > and click open subcategory. Scroll down. Click any article to view.
(Note: currently the title of the article is not showing correctly)
B. A category, subcategory and articles can be added from Admin panel. See picture of
admin panel for corresponding section. (Manage Category, Manage Subcategory and
manage Articles)
3. Top navigation menu:
Home: Home page of the site
Hair Products: Under this section, a product can be added in any category and
subcategory (same setup as managing an article i.e.: adding, editing or deleting
Product Review: Under this section, a product review be added in any category and
subcategory (same setup as managing an article ie: adding, editing or deleting)
Submit Your Tips:
In this section an author can submit his/her articles by registering first. They can log in to their account and submit the articles. Steps and required information for submission is same as that is used in article submission as described above.
When submitted, their submission is managed from admin panel where administrator can
either approve, edit or reject it. If approved, the tips can be seen from front end.
Latest Post: Is the collection of all the articles submitted through "Submit Your Tips". Five latest tips (articles) submission are shown in at the bottom pf home page as "Latest Tips". As the new tips are added, it replaces the oldest one. Same process happens with "Latest Articles" shown at the bottom of the home page.
Free Advertisement:
A business can register and place their ad for free. They can upgrade to a paid service and have their ads showing on the top of that category. The ads can be seen in "Vendor List"
The function of other buttons not described here are for the usual functions.
The information provided here will give you basic idea on what is involved in this project. Should you require additional information let us know and we will do out best to provide you that.
We need someone with good SEO knowledge; others do not need to apply. The site
needs to be well SEO optimized. Codes must be clean and SEO friendly. You also must
have connection to Skype and be must be ready to discuss the progress daily during the project. Access to "GoToMeeting" is preferred.
You must have experience with similar projects. Provide us samples of your work.
References are also required.
You will need to stand behind your work and if it is not done to our satisfaction, you should be ready to fix at no charge. All the payment must go through escrow account of getafreelancer.
