Description: Hey Everybody

I need a clone of the site scubuddies dot com
i mainly need a clone of the fanctionality rather than the design. it has to be able to do everything that that site can do such as convert videos with MMPEG

i got a test server that you guys could work on that already have MMPEG installed on it.

It also has to be coded in PHP/MYSQL and the code has to be commented well.

Only serious bidder will be considered, please show some previous works you have completed.
