Description: We are looking for a simple but elegant website, the primary feature of which will be a user generated database (& search) and a vBulletin forum (I will buy the license).
We would need the following:

- logo design, vBulletin installed & customised with corporate colours. The website look should be professional, but lively as this is targetted towards startups.
- user accounts & authentication (by email). There will be two types of users.
- plenty of advertising space
- some sort of cms so that we can update the home page blog easily, manage reader's comments & maintain a blogroll.
- SEO

We are looking to finish this ASAP, so apply only if you could wrap this up very quickly.
