Description

I have a database of about 1200 vendors that I sell products to. I need a simple script that will allow me to type in the product I am looking to sell (memory, processors, hard drives, etc.) and then it will query the database for whatever search term I enter. It will then list each company that has that term in their products. The list would show brief details about the company Name, address, phone and County. With the name of the company being a clickable link where you can click and be taken to a page with the full details of the company listed. With a check box next to each company where I can choose to include them or not with a select all feature. Once I select the ones I want I can type an email with an editable title and email message and be able to send an email. I would like to also be able to customize the HTML in the email but that doesnt need to be different for each message I would just like to put a company logo and such at the top and contact info at the bottom.

I would like to be able to add more than 1 employee so that when you get ready to send the email you can select which employee you are and then it will customize the contact details included with the email and the return email address. I would like to include employees name, address, phone, fax, mobile, email.

Target price is $150 or less.

Also in the products purchased section there is a list of products not just one it appears in the database like (memory, processors, hard drives).

I would also like to be able to have a form to add new vendors to the batabase as needed. And possibly a bulk import function that would allow you import an excel spreadsheet.
