Description

What I need done:
I have a domain name on which I would like to set-up a PhpBB3 Forum. I tried to upload the files myself but ran into problems with the initialization of installation.

1) The look and feel of the forum should be similar to http://forums.studentdoctor.net/
with a first row for a logo, a second row of tabs

2) I need the installation be completed and administration handed over to me so that i can customize the forum to suit my needs. This should be a very quick task for anyone with experience with such set-up.

3) Not sure if PHPBB3 already includes this but this forum should be SEO or SEO-able for the future.

Easy as this project is, I need to be able to partner with someone who can work on this with minimum direction and deliver a user-friendly, turnkey and scalable site.

Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within 1 week.
