Description

PLEASE DO NOT BID ABOVE $80, YOU WILL NOT GET THE JOB.

Take design/header from avidsaver.com.
Want new avidsaver.com index html page to be that of index2.html, see uploaded html file. Currently just have 2 products: 'Dog dewormer 1 year supply' and 'Heart Worm Med for 1 year', but would like it to be exapandable to several if not many different products. Pay via paypal or credit card.

Then when user clicks on 'Click to complete form for bid' it takes to form file (see attached) 'form need filled out for jobs.html'.
Need this form to just output in an email all this information.
Subject: Avidsaver Bid for Job (subject in email)
In the code or admin need to be able to add as many email addresses as needed for this information to go to to track jobs. Probably no more than 5 email addresses.
Need date stamp of when job input.

PLEASE DO NOT BID ABOVE $80, YOU WILL NOT GET THE JOB.

MAY ASK YOU TO POST TO MY SERVER.
