I am in need of someone that can setup a script that converts a datafeed from Shareasale.com into an RSS feed. The script should function similar to the simple script found here:

I like how easy this script works, but I just need it to be able to convert the datafeeds from ShareASale.com. Here you can download a sample datafeed from ShareASale.com. I have uploaded it to my server.

The datafeed information is sorted like this accoring to ShareASales'website.

This RSS creator needs to work so that you simply tell it where to find the CSV file on your computer, and once you hit submit it should take that CSV and convert it to the RSS or XML format it needs using the information provided from Shareasale in some clean semblance of order.

In order to pay for this project I will need to see the proof that the work has been done, and will need to try up to 5 datafeed conversions successfully. I need this completed within a 2 days. I am willing to pay $100 for this project with a $25 bonus to someone who can complete it before the deadline of 3 days, as this is a relatively simple PHP task for someone knowledgeable with PHP and CSV files.

If you have no feedback before accepting your bid I will have to see some example of similar work in the past, or if you can show me a completed project I will pay you before you release the source code to me.
