Description

We are looking for a services marketplace that can enable services buyers to post projects, services providers to bid projects, and private messaging system and payment hanlding system (e.g. Paypal support). This system could be a customized layout of the GAF-type or eLance-type of Web site.

We know there are lots of PHP scripts for this type of work. Please don't use any encrypted php scripts. The system will be modified for various purposes. So the script/system you developed/provided to us must be created or owned by you. The customized web pages and the un-restricted usage (licence agreement) of the PHP source code should be granted to us.

We are only interested in a provider who HAS already built such COMPLETE GAF or Elance-type of system before. So the expected delivery date of this project is in one week or two including acceptance testing phase. Like any other php projects, you must provide Web-based Admin interface and Web-based installation package.
