This semi clone that we are looking for is a site that is not targeted at programmers but rather an undisclosed industry.

Requirements:

1. Site functionality similar to Getafreelancer.com (this site). It will need to all of the features of this site including but not limited to:

*posting jobs
*bidding on jobs
*affilliate program
*RSS feeds
*memberships
*profile pages
*payment gateways


2. Template vs building from ground up

*If you can build it from the ground up - and not the expensive - great.
*If you have a template you can modify (or can modify a template i give youfor less - even better. I haven't found any one with an exact template to use yet.

3. Table based vs CSS based

* Either is fine - but table based must be very clean code

4. Design

*Finished product must have a classy, elegant, appealing Web 2.0 feel to it would be ideal but as long as it works the first version doesn't have to be perfect!
*I can have graphics, icons, and front end done separate if needed


5. Deliverables

*100% fully functional site (similar to GAF)
*Developed in mysql & PHP
*Tested on your site then transferred to our servers after final payment
*The site needs to be able to accept and process payments automatically through Paypal
*Must have escrow function
*Fee structure & membership programs must be in place
*The site needs to have an admin section where things can be managed.

*Additional Features
- The site needs to also have a better profile page - one where vendors can upload pictures and or videos based on the type of membership
- Service Providers and buyers will be able to sign up for different memberships

6.You:

*Should have examples of work - and if you have built a site like we need before - even better!

7. Escrow

*We typically will escrow 25-50% up front, and 50% upon completion but are flexible for the right provider.
