Description: We Focus on data, aged data, data leads, consumer data for the mortgage/mortgage broker marketplace.

We are after High Quality, Targeted Traffic and High SEO ranking.

We need someone that can drive and deliver as many unique (human) visitors to our site that will generate sales leads via SEO and other methods. I am looking for someone that can get my website ranked in the 1st and 2nd pages of google engines and looking to receive a minimum of 500 - 1000 visitors per day.

PLEASE ADVISE HOW MANY UNIQUE HITS YOU CAN DELIVER IN A 30-60 DAY PERIOD.

Note:

1. I will need proof of past SEO work. References upon request

2. You will only get paid when our website has ranked within 1-3 pages of google or yahoo search engines is delivered as agreed upon; via Escrow on GAF!

3. Traffic MUST be high quality, targeted and therefor must convert

4. Must be able to track traffic

5. Please advise of your traffic sources, etc.

6. We are looking for US traffic only!

7. You must provide your yahoo/aol messenger for us to discuss the traffic campaign
