Description: Hello,

We have a simple frame based travel web site that we are looking
to add a membership rewards program and a travel tips section.

We would prefer to work with a group or developer that can offer long term consulting as we have other projects to work with the winning
bidder on if we are satisfied with their work.

Developer must be an expert in html, php and mysql.

Below is a summary of modifications needed:

We have developed a new Cash Rewards program and Travel Tips section that we would like integrated.

We would like to add the following functionality:
1) An eye catching logo developed for the cash rewards program to be placed under the main header that integrates with the current color scheme.
2) An eye catching logo developed for the travel tips section.
3) On the main page and every subsequent page we would like a
vertical frame added on the left that will contain two banner advertisements.
The banners need to rotate randomly and should be controlled by a.php script and text file or database table.
4) Cash Rewards Program
Under the new cash rewards logo, there should a link for info, sign-up, and log-in

Info: If the info link is selected a page showing info about the program will be displayed in the main page frame.

Sign-up: If the sign up link is clicked it will bring the user to a sign up page in main frame.

Login: If the login link is selected it will bring the user to a member login page in main frame and will have pages to add confirmation numbers and edit account setings.

5) Travel Tips Section
If a user clicks on the travel tips logo/banner, a new page should be displayed in horizontal main frame that allows the user to select from the travel tips pages we have put together.
The beginning pages we will have are Luggage Tips and Insurance Tips.

If the user then selects one of these tips the main frame will display the appropriate .html page.
We will supply the page content in html or word format.

Resulting site should use html, php and mysql for database access and be normalized.
