Need high quality reverse auction script and website developed. No bugs, no issues. Need installation, customization, hosting, and training to use. Will pay $250.00 for all. No prepayment. Payment through GAF only. Will pay $100.00 bonus for one year of hosting and training. Bonus to be held back during 30 day training period following installation, customization, etc.
