Description

I need a property rental site based off rent.com and roommateclick.com. It will only cover listings within the country of Ireland.

It should have a section for people searching for roommates and one for people looking to rent rooms.

I need the front page to have a tab for people looking for rooms,people renting rooms, and Realtor renting apartments, with quick search feature. Although the basic search locations will be limited to Ireland, i will need an extra section of the site that will be open to listings worldwide, so possibly 2 separate search areas i suppose.

There should be a login/signup on the front page for members.Once inside all basic features such as abilty to post ad,view,roommate profiles,search,mail box, IM system.

All roommate profile listings should have all details that you can see on a roommates.com person profile. Apartment listings need same details/search options as rent.com. need moving center page,see rent.com for reference.http://www.rent.com/moving-center/?linkname=moving_top_nav_tab

Paypal/payment system will be needed, and different levels of user privilege(free/gold member etc), also full admin-panel needed. Website optimization if you can do this aswell.
